This policy explains what information Jay Patel Consulting ("I", "me") collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.

Information I collect

I only collect information you choose to send. When you use the contact form or the chat panel, that includes your name, email address, company name if provided, and the contents of your message.

This website does not use advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not set cookies for marketing. Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically process basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

How I use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement
• To send proposals, scopes, or follow-ups you have asked for
• To keep a record of business correspondence

I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Service providers

Form and chat submissions are delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email is handled through Google. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its service.

Retention

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent me at any time by emailing [email protected]. I will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted information is limited to me. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
